Drag Pak Challenger Update

As of March 1, 2010, we will be building three 2009 Dodge Challenger Drag Pak cars.  These are the first Drag Race Package cars produced in 41 years, since the 1968 Hemi Darts and Baracudas.  Our first car is already back from Gizmo’s Performance, who completed the 4-link rear suspension and rollcage.  The second car is on the chasis jig ready to be started on.

After some paint work, floor pans, roll cage, engine and trunk compartments, we will start assembly on the first car.  We are waiting for the NHRA approval on the new Ross pistons and once they are received, we will complete the first engine and bring it to the Dyno.

We will have all three Drag Pak cars in varying stages of race readiness in our display in one of the buildings at the Mopars in the Park Car Show June 5-6, 2010 @ the Dakota County Fair Grounds in Farmington, MN.
